SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

All accounts are due and payable on receipt of invoice.

In the event invoice payment is not received by the due date all the listing information & photos will be downloaded off the site automatically 12 months from the date of sign on.

Renewal reminder shall be issued 1 month prior to the due date.

Once the oversight or shortfall is corrected the site will be uploaded within 1 working day from the end of business of the day payment was received. The account will be current 12 months from the date of uploading the listing.

For easy processing of payment by credit card please call 07 5597 5011 please have available the account name, account number, invoice number, card type, card no., expiry date, and we will proceed to process the payment straight away.

On receipt of payment a receipt will be issued and forwarded in accordance with the account postal details.

In the event payment is by cheque the site will not be uploaded until funds are cleared and acknowledged as in our account.

As changes are submitted to a listing it is the listers responsibility to ensure that all changed information is correct and accurate at the time of uploading the data.

Listing parties are able to change their wording and their displayed works on a monthly basis to a minor extent. In the event major alterations to the listing are proposed further costs to re-establish the site will be incurred.

All listing parties should contact WMT@BuildingConsultantsAustralia.com.au prior to requesting a listing alteration.

It is the responsibility of the listing party to advise Building Consultants Australia.com.au by email, fax or in writing of any change of listing company or contract details. It is the listing parties responsibility to ensure the accuracy and currency of the new information.

Submitting company and contract details for listing acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.
